Dropped 2 points. Not a good penalty by Pogba, at a height which the keeper can save

For me James n Lingard were poor
Mata just as useless coming in for 15 mins Pogba n Scott M kept losing the ball or made stray passes. Rashford not given much support by the midfield |

Actually VAR not consistent.
Sterling goal was disallowed cos his shoulder was millimeters offside. Wolves goal should also be disallowed as Mouthino shoulder too offside when he passed the ball for Neves whom placed a beauty kick into the net But from the start we never liked this ref Last edited by lenghan; 20-08-2019 at 06:41 AM. |

too many stray passes from Scott M.
James is eager, but alast no end product in the final pass. PP should really ditched his prima donna style and allow the best penalty taker to take the penalties. Not that Ole have no plans, the problem is you look at the bench and there is no match winners in them. Lingard as always only run and run, cannot do any other things. Dun blame Shaw for not containing Adama, he did not received any support from the left winger, and need Scott to come in from Midfield to help out. |

Now we wait for next home game against Crystal Palace this Saturday.
Still believe Ed Woodward (and the Glazers) are the main obstacle to our progress to battle for top 4 position as their main focus is profit and the team to be "mid-table" is not disastrous. That is why what we have on the bench are mostly players probably good for mid-table teams. Whenever we see one of our players perform well, they'll say, why need to buy? Good example is Scott. Still cannot understand why we did not go for Bruno Fernandez (probably Ole is "forced" to say that they did not need). Or Mata versus Bruno, and we know who is better today. And the deadwood we are carrying in the team ...just too many to name. If they are not going to value-add, why keep them and continue paying their salaries for sitting around. Yes no other teams may want our "deadwoods" cos the Board is not willing to lower their selling price and are only determined to match our "original" buying price. In fact we almost did not managed to sell RL |

Best value for transfer this season is performed by Atletico Madrid.
They sold 3 players in the high value, Antoinne, Henandez, and their whole backline, and got in that wonderboy from Portugal and now looked very solid indeed. Really think Woody should go before the season is gone, or before the next transfer window. |

Put it this way, Wolves came with a game plan and they executed it very well.
We have 65% possession but only managed two shots on target. We were unable to break down their defence and only have ourselves to blame. Defending well is part of the game. |

Football is a team game. And i think we can see that Ole is doing his hardest to instill that. Getting rid of the prima donnas is the first step. Then getting everyone together is next
Nice to hear Rashford not complaining about Pogba but insisting its a team decision. Really hope Ole can pull through cos i think he is the best we can have right now |
