Gold dragon is sick :(
I think it is sick, hasn't been eating for coming 2 weeks now and seems very sluggish, always swimming near the water pump outlet, seems to have a bruise/infection going on at the tip of the chin between the barbels as well as some sort of reddish rot at the tip of the right pectoral.
Any opinion on what illness it might be suffering from and any recommended treatment? Thank you bros! |

looks like some sort of infection.
may want to bring it up for isolation and treatment.

Net it up and put in an isolation tank. Can see the problem better.

Looks like it had hit against some hard things and torn the lip area tissue.
That could have make it refuse to eat. For it to recover faster, will be good to isolate it in a tank |

Thank you all bros for the advice. I have since isolated and treated it with internal infection treatment by PetFran to see if it helps at all. On the upside, Goldie has started to feed again shortly after the transfer and wolfed down 2 whole MP
I noticed it seems to also be carrying some external parasites (threadlike danglers) on the tail and soft gill cover. Could be from the reservoir caught KBL in the pond.. will see if it gets better before applying some parasite killer medication. Any recommendations? Is it ok to mix treatments?
