Can someone here advise is that java fern that is tied to the driftwood in Amano's tank?

If its the long strand of leaves, they are known as narrow leaf java fern

Colourful and maybe biotope do sell. Pricing wise quite exp. I bought mine from Biotope 2 weeks ago. Maybe about <20 leaves for a green note and they grow awfully slow
