My apple snail ate everything but algae. That includes my swordtails as well. My zebra nerites are everywhere in my tank. On my walls, bogwood, lava rocks, ph meter probe, pipings, tubings... Quite literally everywhere. Not much spot algae over here. My tank lights are on almost 12 hrs daily.
