sorry, i'm havent got the chance to keep a black so far. seen black aros in comms, biggest was 2'+. really tempted to keep 1 but cant find any, wonder why black aros are so uncommon ??

personally i'm not sure abt the season, but was told by some LFS owners the season will be 2-3 months time from now. some frens also told me the season its abt Oct/Nov period. hopely when the season arrives, can find the blacks easily in the fish farms or LFS.

maybe more experienced bros n sis can advice on the black aro's season & their availability??

Yah man!! i wanna get a few blacks too!! silvers and blacks will look nice together, after all both are south american... any experienced bros and sis can advise on black aro's availability and where to buy etc. thank you everyone for your comments.. will update you guys again on the fishies sometime next week. just now went to look at the tank of them... they seem a little less hyper than yesterday... is there a cause for this??
