Lighting
Sorry to ask so many questions!
Planning to keep one xb. Thinking to get a 4ft white led plus a 3ft yellow led. Will it be too much? |

Hi, guess your question not complete.
What's your tank size? 4x2x2 ? how big is your xb? 6 inches? 4ft and 3ft LED light? Any other fishes in the tank? |

If you only talking about the lighting only. There is no hard and fast rules, too bright, may affect your Aro.
Are you intend to switch on both lights (LED lights)? there are different types of LED lights, some too bright, some not. If too bright on 4ft white light, guess this 4ft could be enough. Hope it help. |

I think the metric by numbers are fine but the question I have is what type of Wattage are the LED lights?
I have a 48-60in Current USA Freshwater Pro that has 60wt out-put: http://current-usa.com/aquarium-led-...llite-led-pro/ My tank is 72Lx30Dx30W...water penetration by depth plays a role. What are you planning on keeping? Bare, Plants, Comm? Size of XB you're getting and the lighting required for best color growth. Can you share any more details? |
