Anyone here has African Arowanas(Afros)?
I just got myself two cute lil' pieces today. Both about 2.5" long and very inquisitive, started sifting through the sand as soon as they were acclimated and let out of the bag. Their current tankmates are two 2.5" Polypterus Palma Pollis that i picked up on the same day. I would like to see some pictures of members who have Afros and will take pictures of my own when i get the chance. Thanks!

Aquahobby. They were only 5 when i went there yesterday. I bagged 2 so you do the math. I'll be going back to get another one as their fighting so i'll need another one to hopefully "spread" the aggression out.

Very cute! Mine look exactly like your old Afros, except i only have 2. I think when i was searching through old threads i read yours, something about not washing the Tubiflex Worms before throwing them in right? Pity. I hope mine don't go that way as well, i feed them FBW.
