but huh , can this lighting be use for viewing only ? i got couple of ITs and a aro . intend to get a new lighting , maybe i'll check out the Miracle lighting

saw it over the weekend at someone place, he bought the want placed outside the tank. light not very strong as more due to reflection of the glass. have to wait to see how is the effect for his red..

I got 1 already ,maybe will consider get 1 more to place on top, 1 front 1 back. Hope the end result is gd as the advertisement say better effect if use tanning and miracle light togather

i have to admit, it does save a lot on electric bills, however how well is the tanning effect and how soon, it's still unclear. hope this sat can find out more from Dr chang before buying, I got ard 8x3ft light 24x7. if change all sure save a lot of electric bill but tanning effect?

i was told the miracle led light on can only up to 2ft length distance . if you tank width/height 2.5ft not very effective.

i've just tried LED lighting, its much cooler and the shadows of the aros and rippling effect of water is very nice. its almost like a metal halide but much cooler, cheaper and energy saving
HDB n NTUC are now using LED in new projects. here are some stats VS T8 n T5, LED last 50000hrs vs T8/5's 8000hr LED doesnt need starter LED burns out 1 by 1 so the tube is still useable when some of the LEDs starting burning out LED is 3 times brighter Last edited by smalllfish; 01-03-2011 at 03:45 PM. |

Saw Sea view at seletar selling these miracle LED light... 3 ft selling at $78 and 4 ft selling at $99... gonna get 1 from there very soon to try out... =))
