the blogger will apologise, like that what Alex did when he was sued.

that should be the right way. there is no way to win if the case goes to court, ............

take a step back to go further in the future...

I think he did wrong in mentioning names. Attack the policies but not the person.

What she said (Indranee Rajah).....http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/...e/1102384.html

Ms Indranee said vandalism is not acceptable, pointing out that there are avenues for the public to express their views.

She said: "My view on vandalism, that's a no, no definitely… because you should respect common property. You should respect the areas that other people live in and what they see.

If you have a viewpoint that you wish to express, there are ways and means of expressing it. You do not have to damage property to do that.

Apparently Roy's way of expressing a viewpoint is also not acceptable.

Perhaps putting question marks when expressing viewpoints is one way of avoiding being hit by a sledgehammer.

The thing is, even he apologise, the lawyer fee of LHL he need to bear and the so call damages he need to pay. In the end as good as bankrupt.

Another option is he can choose to face the music don't apologise and at the end of day, declare bankrupt and keep his money and let LHL pay his own lawyer.

Either way he will be bankrupted likely. Unless the first option is cheap ... but I doubt so.

This Roy has no accounting or book keeping training huh?

Despite my antipathy towards cpf scheme and especially the relaxing of cpf rules to finance property, I agree to the lending of cpf monies to Government in the form of interest bearing garmen bonds.

Bonds = government borrows our money = garmen's liability.

This blogger is confused with the financial terms of cpf/garmen bonds/gic funding.

I don't think cpf is a ponzi.
Screw it, play the game :

Since our cpf savings can't keep up with inflation, max out the withdrawals for our housing use.

Accrued interest? Screw it, pay back if you make profit on sales.
But, don't fret.
Withdraw again to pay for next home purchase. Must buy again immediately horrrrr.
So long as we are in the property pyramid( now this here is the real MLM ponzi ), your cpf sum you don't lose even if they charge you 100% PA for accrued interest.

Caveat emptor : the property ponzi only works if got new buyers coming in below you in the property MLM = new citizens since our replacement birth rate is declining.

As long as he withdraw the accusation and publish the apology, don't think he will kena sue.

Not sure how much it will cost for damages. In recent years, do we not see the whites being more 'lenient' in their ways against ppl whom got into their warring gears? I think LHL and his cliques are just trying to use a softer approach to convince ppl now, than in the past, where ppl whom got into the warring zone were almost shredded.

Be good if cpf reverts to old plan of 55 withdrawal for those who joined before goalposts were shifted. New age limits should not apply retroactively.

Any changes should not be retroactive.
All the changes and increases only apply to those newly joining eg new minimum sums similjsssss accounts etc etc etc.

Then those who squander their savings cpf away, live or die : their own pasal.
Those who want can opt in to join the new cpf schemes if they don't want to follow their previous cpf schemes.

The critics can then stfu.

This will be a good moral victory for the powers that be.

Should just leave as 55 years old withdrawal.

Additional products
1. Medisave
2. Medishield
3. Special Account
4. Whatever shit

These leave it to individual to decide under option. SGrean all kiasee and kiasu, anything good automatically will join. The minimum sum, fxxk it, like doc said, no money because they choose to.

PAP use CPF money to play the market let it be, but when time up, please return the money and not keep continuing coming up with new policies on the pretext of concern.
You go CPF/PAP said, mather, farter, whole family sick lah, no job lah, no food lah but your CPF got liu, see CPF release your money or not. These ppl care, they won't be paying themselves millions, channel monies into their investment, build casinos, spent millions dollars research and studies than expanding hospital and buy more beds!
