Default What to feed Discus .. so that it grown big and nice?

I am feeding red worm cube now...

My guess is beefheart in the morning and night,put foodtimer for the afternoon/times where you are not home and daily water change

If your discus are young, feed beefheart few times a day but make lots of water.

If they are already adult, maybe beefheart once or twice a day, make regular water changes.

Actually the key is to feed a lot and do daily water change. Some hobbyist's even change water twice a day...
