I have to say the concept is pretty unique. It would be more interesting if all the vases contain stemmed plants and the bogwood have their branches facing up rather than down.

Hehe thanks. The base is purposely left bare. This design is because I lazy, don't want to clean lah. So the bare bottom will have little or no dirt even after 1 month. Because the water current sweep the "floor" for me.
