Minimise or prevent water mark on tank glass (External)
What do you do to prevent water marks on your glass tank
Beside wiping the water splash or drip from our tank glass immediately? I use silicone wax to layer the tank glass. Ensure that the silicone wax is compatible to use on glass. The silicone wax that I use currently need to be use with damp cloth but I use damp news paper.(No fiber) 1) Use damp newspaper wipe clean the tank glass 2) Pour and spread silicone wax on the damp newspaper 3) Wipe and spread silicone wax on tank glass 4) Leave it to dry ( about 1-3 min) 5) Wipe the entire glass with dry newspaper. The Silicone will prevent any water drip or splash to stay dry on the glass thus making the glass clear. It also minimise dust accumulation. |

Woah. Nice suggestion. Thank for sharing. May I know does the silicon need to re-apply any soon? If so how long?
