will AlgaeEater suck on goldfish body?
Hi guys, any advice if algae eater will suck on goldfish's body? My goldfishes all doing fine previously but after I added 2 algae eaters, and few days later, 2 goldfish started become restless and not so active.. one of the goldfish red scales also started become pale and bit whitish. And the other black goldfish's top started showing speck of gold. I thought algae eater are supposed to be safe with goldfish. Any one can confirm?
Thanks |

There is no fix answer.
It will all depend on your luck. If you are having suspicion, just remove them and buy new pieces |

double confirm, goldfish and algae eater cannot stay together, unless sucker is baby size imho .
better separate , otherwise goldfish become scaleless. |

normal pleco will confirm attack the goldfish, I think chinese algea eater and SAE also will attack...
can try bristle nose pleco.. think they are less aggressive.. I've kept 1 pair with goldfish before .. no issue at all till they started breeding and I have to remove them in order to save the babies |
