If I can't make it on tat day (and i only keen in tat particular farm), can I authorise my friend to pay, choose and bag on my behalf?

Hi,
I abit blurblur one. would like to know as the cert will be hold by the club. so after the competition will we have the fish & cert back or need to buy the fish at market price with the cert? Thanks |
