Happened just last two days. Morning wake up no wifi signal. May be call Singtel to find out what's wrong. Last night I did off the power circuit board for sometime to change a new balast for a ceiling light in the kitchen, but got wifi after on the power back. Must hv disconnect between 3 am to 10 am.

WiFi has nothing to do with Singtel. It’s either your router or your device have issues.
If WiFi connected but no internet, then could be provider side issue. Do the usual trouble shooting. Off power of ONT or ONR. Off power of router. Wait 30sec to 1min Turn on ONT or ONR. Wait till it fully boots up. Turn on router. Some people set their routers to reboot at certain times to refresh the connection cache. I just leave it on 24/7 and only reboot if there’s system maintenance on provider side. |

My wifi router is also on 24/7. It was ok so far until two days ago with the phone on 3G instead of wifi when I woke up. Don't know what is the problem. Paranormal activity?

router on lastest firmware? Sometimes router will drop signal or even not display SSID. A reboot and all’s well again. How old is it? Need to replace?
Or could be your phone. When your phone cannot find the WiFi signal, switch on aeroplane mode and then off it. Then refresh the WiFi search. Happens to my iPhone once in a while. |

if singtel, it is not uncommon.
just do hard reboot and usually correct itself. according to singtel tech, they usually will auto update their firmware their side. think it is the poor modem/router they supply, always got issues. |

Last two days, wifi ok no pronlem. So not likely due to faulty equipment. Still puzzled by the two consecutive days of drop wifi signal.
