We have yet to hear a whimper from KBW. The very least his ministry could have done was to publish a public apology for the current problem. It is because of his inability to humble himself that creates public anger.

When things happened, "experts say this , experts say that"

These highly paid "Experts" really dun plan to fail, but very very often failed to plan

And we, the common citizen of Singapore, always suffer the consequences.

It is actually the 'experts' within the company who fail to do risk assessment or failure mode analysis

Let's wait hear their explanation why the pumps not working. Hopefully they don't say things like 'already last serviced and checked according to schedule but things still happen'

Those huge fans provides comfort to commuters while waiting for theorntrain thus I think it was essential spending.

Pump and maintenance are unrelated to spending on fan as it should be different capital.

PHV doesn't have stationary time, which is disadvantage to PHV drivers. So not as many wants to ply the roads during peak hours.

When the service providers are reactive providers than preventive, problems are never ending. It's a shame a 1st world transport system faces such an avoidable flooding issue.

Want PAP to apologise, means admitting their mistakes?? Fat hope. This PAP believes they are perfect, god sent. They never makes mistakes. If something goes wrong, point fingers than apologise.
