Your 10 + year old Aro?
Hi guys,
I am very curious on whether people keep arowanas that are over 10 years old? Or do they die or get sold off etc? So please if you have an arowana that's old, please share it here. P.S. Admin I cant post pictures. |

My RTG was 10 years old when it died few months back, its tag date was 2004. I kept it for ard 7 years, it was 3 years old when i bought it. I really want to keep it as long as i could, so i never sold it.
It died from bacterial infections that affected its eyes, really a sad way to leave. |

The biggest aro is my RTG. Had it since 1999. It had gone through 3 tank changes and 1 house change. |

Was just wondering if I should spend the money on a Eheim UV 500 for my aro tank?
Does any one think its worth the investment in the long run? |
