feeding wild sea caught flounder meat to my fish
Run out of frozen prawn with only frozen flounder meat in my fridge, I am in the process of defrosting some to feed my fishes. I think it is still way cheaper than frozen bloodworm and way more nutritious.

have you tried frozen brine shrimps?
imho I think it's great fish food.. bring out the natural colours in fish |
