Did you check the expiry of your medication firstly, secondly how much water is it in the tank still with your flowerhorn inside? Are you still feeding the flowerhorn? What filtration are you still running for your tank now?

not sure about the yellowpowder keep until turn black. as for my melafix and antibacteria both are newly bought. currently running on 1500l/hr canister and a 3ft aqua OHF. my tank was 3/4 full and when i put my fh under yellow powder treatment it was inside a bucket not in my tank took it out and notice the fin deteriorate even worse within a day

if you have used melafix and antibacterial medication plus the yellow powder
and the fins are still rotting, then likely the "rot" is caused by fungus eating up
the fins. go and get any fungal medication for fill rot like interpet or even
ocean free's fungus/fin rot. juz my 2 cents.

check your pH, change your filter wool, rinse the detritus/sludge from biomedia with tank water.
