Default house next door construction problems ? to complain

next door floored old house and re-building new big house. Now bang, drilled, pound like building new mrt station for 3+2 years already.

noise no choice, they have broken my main water pipe losing abt 20L/minute according to PUB, finally repaired with a lot of reluctance and time wasting.
Now they drilling 20ft below ground holes and 4.5 storeys high, building basement from front to back , etc and my whole house shaking like earthquake every day.

Recently cement floor cracking and god knows what lie beneath also broken.
Called BCA engineer (who came and confirmed damages and warnings given many x), called URA ( who put my call on record)

nobody seems to want to help, called the site in charge (doesn't seem keen to hear anything, even send pictures of damage floors) and BCA engineer always cannot get via telephone.

anyone can help to advise on what to do?
thanks.

4.5 storeys high and taking 3 years to build, must be condo or apartments. Normal house at most 3 storeys plus basement and should be completed in 1 year.

Sue them. Start by sending them a lawyer letter. Gather all the evidence, but dun need to show them first.

they shld have done survey on your property before commencing works?
Best is find MP. MP will forward to BCA.
Email MP with photos of defects.
Any defects or leaks, take photos or videos.
BCA is most helpful as main con needs BCA to approve stuff like TOP.
Talk to main con project manager.

There some some requlations to when they can work.
Think till 10.30pm or something, ask MP, BCA
and no work on Sundays.
If they do, call NEA.
Or any mosquito call NEA.
