omg! u only have 2 ottos? ytd my friend told me to get 20 for my 3ft tank! but i no money so got 10 only is it too much? i also have 5 yamatos. oh no! maybe after my tank clears i need to buy algae waffles

doesnt really have to be a wavemaker, your can have a small power head and put it one corner to push the flow to the other corner.

To be honest, I have NEVER seen any of my otos eat an algae wafer or even go anywhere near one. The algae wafers are meant more for the yamatos. My nerites and otos are just feeding off whatever they can find from the tank walls, pipes, tubings, bogwood, plants.

oh yea bro jon-san! today when i came home. the first thing i looked at was my tank! SO CLEAN! hahaha like really! and all the ottos had really fat bellies! haha now im wondering how they gonna survive the next few days!
and some plants which i thought were dying because their leaves were really brown! ALL BECAME GREEN AGAIN! haha im so happy! my fissidens looks fresher too in a way! i'll post a pict NOW! |

Nice shots, bro! Your cory is the only 1 in the tank? Won't it be stressed? Cories do best in groups, otherwise, most of the time, they will be hiding.
