Default Ray appetite drop

Asking all the shifus why would ray appetite drop? Used to be able to eat one tray of sotong. Now barely eat half. Was wandering if it's internal bacteria or other factors

Never a good sign if the ray is healthy. Assume the ray is not preggy, below are the usual factors which may affect

1) water parameter is bad
2) ray is stressed by other bigger ray
3) jus finish water change
4) *disclaimer, this may or may not be a factor* the aftermath of feeding long term un-natural food to the ray

Just water change more frequently but make sure per change is limited to 1/5 the volume
You can change once in the morning and another at night.shld improve within 3 days assuming no stress from other livestocks.

Bro assuming water condition is ok and rays are healthy, over feeding for prolong period and feeding on single food type will affect the ray appetite. Try starving ur ray for a meal and monitor the feeding after that.

How big is your tank and how many rays (size) are you keeping ?
Your filtration capacity?
One tray is how much by weight?

Hi how is the fugal infect like?
i got a BD pup.

it is abt 5" and still at the grey white stage as not black yet.

then for a while it the white patches start to blur.. and its only at one side
not all.

its like the white patches start to morph like double vision of the white spots

say its a fugal infection on the surface of the disc... what kinda med to put.
i started to use melafix and prazigold

well still eating well. and tank not heavily loaded. WC is weekly at 40%
in a 5x2.5x2 tank

all fish is good.
as in 2 aro 19" and 10", 3x 10" bichirs, and a 6" L27 , with the 5" BD

so far no issue w PH and no fishy smell, etc ...
WC regiment no change and been like this all the while.
