Mon thru Fri: 30% daily, filter cleaning once a week on Sunday.

I think it depends on how often and how much you feed your tank.

With the increase in water bill, do u observe a major rise in monthly SP bill?

Yes, but not so much that I would risk a tank issue. I'm in Jakarta, mothly water bill increase is minimal at best, about 15.00 USD.

I figured I spend 1500.00USD on my Aro...well worth the extra dollars.

Actually what's the process of water change?
Let's say if your tap water it's not at the ph u want like 6.5-7, wouldn't it affect the arowana? Or can I top it up first and add ph buffer?
After wc, do I add in more bb?

it depends how much u wc. our tap water is 8+ but it will drop the next day. no need add bb and buffer.

u mean wait? can age the water if you want. can test the ph fresh from tap and after 1 day. see the diff. normally it will drop. if wc 50%, before is 6+, after will be 7+. it is still ok. can slowly add back.
