He is still young. One day, when he is a discharge bankrupt, he will be able to contest. So long as he remains conscious of his speeches and behaviours, and stay trouble free of the leegal system, he'll be an MP one day.
He keeps his hopes high, I keep mine high for him too. |

just to share an anecdote ...
i had the opportunity to hear a few politicians representing the different parties in Singapore speak before the last GE in a pre-election forum. CSJ was one of them. he was eloquent and he painted an ideal scenario where we work for passion; and are no longer materialistic; care for our old and not consign them to pick cardboard boxes; where life's to be enjoyed. i swear i could almost hear the song by lois armstrong "what a wonderful world" play as he was speaking. quite a few people in the audience dissed him and said the GE would be another stroll in the park for the PAP juggernaut ; little did they realize that's what the people in singapore really long for and the GE results were telling |

do you think there's a chance the opposition will form a coalition to go against the MIW in the next GE? Is it feasible given that each opposition party has got different political idealism?

CSJ - either you hate the man or you love him...I choose the latter!!!
Like I've mentioned before, no one dares challenge LKY so openly like he did and if LKY had not the support of the judges during the defamation suit, my oh my, CSJ would have went on and on and on....like no tomorrow. |
