Default pH, Temperature & Redox Testing

ECO pH+

ECO pH+ is our best-selling pH tester and is specially designed for the aquarium enthusiasts in mind. This tester lets you perform pH tests on aquaria water easily, accurately and directly displays results in digital reading.

pH changes overtime, are caused by the accumulation of fish and plant waste, evaporation and over-dosage of chemicals. Sudden fluctuations in the pH can cause fish stress which results ultimately in fatalities. Maintaining the right pH will help your fish spawn and bloom in full colours.

Uni pH Testa

Uni pH Testa is an advanced and convenient tool that is able to measure pH, temperature and redox testing all in one. The electrode on the unit is replaceable. It is user friendly and easy to maintain.

A sudden rapid change in the pH, even by small amounts, is a chemical change that can be more stressful to fish than one would think. Keeping the pH stable and matching the pH to the requirements of the fish being kept is important to the health of your fish.

Temperature is another important factor to take note of as higher temperatures result in reduced oxygen levels in water. Thus, maintaining the right temperature will help reduce the stress on the fishes as well.

The monitoring of redox is important in accessing the effectiveness of the application of pro-biotics or beneficial bacteria to activate the nitrification cycle.

Senz Redox

Senz Redox is an advanced ORP measuring tool that is convenient, user friendly and is easy to maintain.

Redox Potential is a gauge of the effectiveness of waste conversion as part of the nitrification cycle. When toxic ammonia is converted to nitrite and then to nitrate, safe for the fishes, redox potential is evident in the process. This should be monitored as higher readings are always better while lower readings signal problems in the water. The monitoring of redox is important in accessing the effectiveness of the application of pro-biotics or beneficial bacteria to activate the nitrification cycle.

Senz pH Duo

Senz pH Duo is a dual function tester that measures both pH & temperature.

The pH in the water can change overtime. This can be due to an accumulation of waste products, decaying plants, adding of rocks or substrates or even during the different times of the day. Every fish originates from different bodies of water that have differing pH levels. It is thus important and beneficial to monitor and match the pH to your fish. Sudden rapid changes in the pH can be fatal.

Temperature is another important aspect to monitor in the aquarium. Many experts agree that rapid and significant temperature changes, as well as frequent temperature changes throughout the day, are stressful for fish. It affects breeding as well as some fish breed better in warm water while some can be triggered by a drop in temperature.

Aqua pH Pal +

Aqua pH Pal + is the enhanced model of the well-known pH Pal. The tester is built with simplicity and durability in mind. The new auto calibration feature on the Aqua pH Pal + eliminates the hassle of using a screwdriver to tune the trimmers. It retains the best from the pH Pal and improves on its other features.

pH is sometimes overlooked. It is however one of the most critical variables of water quality parameters within a healthy aquarium environment. If the pH is in constant fluctuation or is fixed at a position too high or too low, it can be harmful to the organisms in your aquarium. It is therefore important to use quality testing equipment to closely monitor the pH to be able to correct the problem expediently.
