For white shit, i use Ocean Free Super Anti-Internal Parasites No.4.
For hole-in-head, fungus n cloudy eyes, i use Japanese yellow powder (pack is in Japanese, dunno what it says)

white spot, fungus = methylene blue (any brand).
cloudy eyes, hole in head, fin rot = japanese powder (think this is an antibiotic belonging to the furazone group), which is useful for gram +ve and gram-ve bacteria and others as well.
sometimes hole in head can also use metronidazole.
i use some salt in all of the above.
imho.
cheers.

sorry I dunno the exact dosage..... usually pour the yellow powder into tank until water turn slightly yellowish then must stop. Cannot use too much coz the medication is very strong n can be lethal to the fish......
