I am using biozym too, think 8 caps for a 5x2.5x2, might be a little too much, I only use 3-5caps per wc as recommended for my 632.

For 5x2.5x2, if 90% filled. Recommended is about 12 capsules for arowana type.

Thanks Angelo bro. Last night soaking new slide will install tonight and post reading. Seachem ammonia alert still showing safe and less than 0.02mg/l

Pai seh pai seh. I use different type, for pond and garden. Thought dosage is the same.

after replace, free ammonia at 0.001mg/l

Hey bro. 3 slides for 3 months at $45. Comes with sms and email alert. To me quite worth it, moreover they are coming out with new slides that detects nitrate, nitrite and many other parameters

hi bro angelo and all here
my new tank after testing with test kit is PH 7.7 TO 7.8
ammonia is 0 and nitrate is 0.25
is it ok?
currently cycling the tank inside with 2 pleco and 1 feifeng
any advise
is my tank ok now ?

What is the reading of NO2? If it is zero, your tank nitrification process is there.

for your advise my ph now is 7.5 after 2 weeks plus of running with wizz fast cycle water and a market tiny prawn being throw into the tank plus 2 pleco and 1 feifeng
