nice tank there bro!

i think your CO2 confirm need to push up to about ~4 BPS to suit your lightings!

if not can off of the tubes but also pump up your lights.

bro maybe you can push your driftwoods more towards the front. and plant thickly with stemmed plants at the back. since your ADA soil is so potent, dont waste it!!

the driftwood on the right seems cool but too bare.. but somehow it seems very thick and hard to tie any plants.

after that, sit down take a look maybe you might want to do other changes in the future!

thank you for your kind comments. i know the design kinda suck by one way or another. i'm waiting for the stem plants to grow taller now, can't really push the dw nearer cos got spikey moss lawn in front.

how do i know if the plants are burning? leaves turning brown?

When the background plants bloom....fwah! Sure nice effect....but do u think u wanna plant alittle more for now so that algae will not have a chance to strike? Do a heavy planting then trim when ur tank is stable...

i'm not too sure how to tell if they are burning? i guess most likely just browning off.

bro, just a suggestion. why not try out on some creeping plants in the foreground? HC will do nicely at high lights and fertile soil. glosso might serve the purpose as well if you want something less challenging as HC

this way you can push you wood more towards the front and not afraid due to the metal mesh

mind me, but i keep emphasizing that ADA is expensive and good soil and must keep as much rooted plants as possible. hahaha (very kiasu la)
