Default My Gold Aro & Setup

Hi All,
Just like to share my simple tank setup for my ordinary aro.
Currently feeding it with pellets and MP. Stopped SW because of popped eyes...still learning to groom arowana. Any suggestion to bulk up the size, growth without live feed?

All comments welcome.

Very nice gold time, TFS bro! Mine is BF as main diet, would feed SW once every 2 months as a " treat " and MP when I don't have the time to get BF.

Thanks for sharing.
My aro quite picky. Only recently managed to convert it to pellets but doesnt take much. I really love the shape when it was fed with SW. This fellow dont like BF at all. I might try your method of giving SW as a treat but I'm afraid it may stop taking the pellets. haha I'm paranoid.

Hi, Im feeding it with the qianhu AR pellet. Took quite a while for it to accept it. I will soak it first with garlic guard to entice it. Sometime I soak it with vitamin complex. Tried unsoak, spit out immediately.

Very nice xb and nice color tone too, look peaceful as can see your altums and loaches staying happily in a beautiful planted tank setup.

Very nice and thanks for sharing.

yr arowana reminded of my XB last time.

Colours looks like pic 2, not gold.
But when take pic, it looks like a gold bar.
top will not cross even after 3 years.

So far so good that they stay harmoniously. The Aro do chase the angels at times n I hope they will be ok in the future. Ya I love the loaches, they are my favourites. I'm amazed by their behaviour.
Thanks for your kind words.
