Gradually increase the salinity of the water as the fish grows bigger. As well as the pH. Ideally it should be 1.026 and pH of about 8.3 - 8.5. That's the salinity and pH of the ocean.

so back to my original question, does anybody know what salinity the fish is in when in the bag of water at the lfs?
fresh or saline water? |
