hi bro,

i'm currently using a sump tank for planted.
1 thing to note is the loss of CO2.

my tank is 5 feet, plus 3 feet sump, i have to use 4-5bps for my CO2 to ensure plants grow well. and even then, some slow growing plants have yet to thrive.

Bros
Is your sump fed by underflow or overflow from main tank?
Am trying to figure out how to prevent sand/gravel loss via underflow outlet to sump
Any advice?
Thank you!

Perhaps you can contact some of the tank makers in the Commercial Marketplace category.

alsocan, just curious, do you have splashing upon entry to the sump?
