What's the difference between all the various type of CO2 tanks ranging from black/silver, green, blue, silver, etc?

I think there's a certain color code for C02 tanks which is black and silver...
it serves as a safety measure to ensure that people don't use the gas wrongly... By the tank's function, it still works as a cylinder irregardless of its color... |

I read somewhere, that CO2 has different grade. We are recommended to ask for food grade CO2 and not the common industrial grade..

Found the article again - http://web.singnet.com.sg/~teosb1/diy-co2.html
it does make sense as I do remember there is such a food grade CO2.. So I thgt the color of the bottle somehow is an indicator.. |
