Reporting Live - AK after services
Last week i posted my 7 inches RED from AK. All went well with great comments from the bros here and excited about the fish sure i am. Unfortunately, like many of the bros, i am not careful about the cover and the fish jumped. This result in broken fins and bubbles forming on the body. Immediately i gave Zul (Boss of AK) a ring and he guide me over on calming the fish and mentioned he will come over the weekend to perform the on the fins. And today here he is. This mean alot as after services with regards to anything that i purchase is very important. You can get a good computer or printer but it if broke and no help is given is bad. You subcribe to a telco and if the line or internet break down and bad services is given it is terrible. Therefore i view after sales as top priority. I am writting this post before i feel AK deserve this feedback here.
Below is the pics: "Doctor arrive and observe the patience" Bagging the fish.. a small fish in a 4ft tank is always a challenge..but seem so easy for him.. Time to sedate the fish..this is something we have to be careful..else the sleep is forever... Time for the cut.. scissor & nail cutter.. so simple yet i dont think i can handle it here. No worries, the doctor is in today! Bubbles! Oxygen! After the cut, time to get the aro back in tank for some air! This whole process of transmore, cutting can be stressful but honestly Zul make it educational instead. My 2 sons learning to handle the fish. I even just a chance to learn how to feel the tip of the aro for PLJ. A pic after the hands on check. All done! Clean cut and on the road to a perfect healing! Thanks to AK for the great after services and I am definitely a happy customer |

Sorry to hear abt yr fish Phillife, hope he recovers well n fast! Do remember not to make e same mistake again bro... Juv aros r generally more skittish so will get spooked n jumped easily. All e best n keep us updated on yr aro's recovery. |

Great Service From Zul. I receive very good after service too from this man! Nice to see the process of the fish being operated.
Have to be careful of the covering. They are really great jumpers. Sometimes my red jump and knock the glass cover very loudly that could frigtened us. |
