Damba....cool, seen them before but not up close, I thought they were extinct...read somewhere there are no more such fishes in Madagascar, they do form shoals and are a colour species.

They are definitely on the rare side bro. I could not look for adults thus settled for juv menarambo back then. I would say their growth rate is rather fast. I beef them up with sinking pellets.

I have read up on them., seems that there was still a population found, and I was wrong in their extinction, but they are now bread in captivity, lay eggs, both parents guard them...do update me on their progress, would not miss it for the world.
