nope... none of the parents are louhan wad... mother is BP, father is a species... texas cichlid...

no. louhan is flowerhorn, only refering to a certain class of hybrid cichlid...

we dun call the blood parrot a louhan do we?

Nah, i'll start on daph tomorrow or the day after.... i wun catch the babies out... the parents are doing a good job with them....

You most certainly can, if they turn out well... So far i got 3 reservations liao...

female BP can be breed.

only the male BP cannot breed coz the males are impotent.

congrats on the fries bro.. hope that they will turn out well. my best guess is that they will look like a kilin parrots like the ones below. usually its a cross of parrots and luohan.. but i guess texas and luohan does look abit similar sometimes, so it might be a posibility...

Its hard to differentiate when young.

when adult size, it will be easier as the males will be much bigger in size than the females.

I have 2 females and 1 males in my tank. When first bought, all 3 are the same sizes, but now the male is almost double the size of the 2 females.

This is how i differentiate lo..
