Can use methyl blue solution as anti fungi for eggs.

Spoilt or rotting eggs should be remove with partial water change. After that add the methyl blue to treat/ prevent infection.

Hope my method helps

yes, you still need to remove the spoilt eggs to prevent the fungus from spreading. The spoilt eggs will fungus eventually.

Yes the fungus will eventually spread, even to the fertilised eggs and kill them. Use a small pipette to carefully suck them out
