Your fish if nothing wrong no need put any salt.

Recently my discus also develops cloudy eye but it's only 1 single piece. Don't make discus keeping sound very difficult. They are just sensitive and infact they are more hardy than most tropical fishes.

water issue. sometimes can be just too much chlorine from the tap
