Good to give a variety, a mix of dry and frozen or live food is ideal. There is risk of constipation if the fish overeats dry food.

Think there is no preferences on what food to feed angelfishes. Angelfishes are super hardy and eat readily most types of food (pellets/flakes/frozen/line/etc).

IMHO, food plays a part in angelfish growth but other factors like tank size, good water perimeters, regular WC, regular feedings, tankmates, etc, are equally important. As I used to have too many angelfishes, I actually switch feeding them NLS pellets to Hikari Saki pellets to cut down on costs. Been feeding them only that since....no frozen/flakes/live,etc. For the past year....only have 1 death out of hundreds.

Happy feeding!

Hikari blood worm up to go! But it's still depends on wat they like most. If buy from breeder can ask them about their main diet n mix their main diet with variety will be good option.
