there is two ways of doing it. One is like what you mention and other way is to mass produce and sell out all at once..

yeah the adults looks cool, but when grow too big will see a wave of hobbyist putting on Buysell

No need wait till adult so long, judging from the growth rate, maybe few months time our reservoir will have. Not many people has tank big enough to house adult pacu. Adult pacu appetite also not easy to handle. Maybe sooner it be as common like abino gourami?
