redcross GF head white white ??!! what us that ???

hi,

i got this GF, the head alway look abit (1) white white, can expert here help to see if it is a fungus how to cure it. ?
then the (2) fin also sometime apear white dot on both fin especially after water change but somehow it will gone again. can expert here help how to prevent or what medi needed for both 1 and 2. ?

the white spots on fins issit whole row on both fins? if so then he is a male on heat ba..... the whitish stuff on the Wen is no worries... will go off de.

The white patch looks normal. But do monitor to see if there is any white peeling of the tissue. That is an indication of water quality, normally high ammonia/low pH.
