mine took 3 weeks or so.
mortality rate is high tho. i had abt 30 pcs now only less then 10 managed to grow to adult. very beautiful golden color, better then the parents if you properly groom em. problem is they like to venture out (esp when u starve em), so please keep ur tank covered. appears the cant live wo water for too long, thos that 'venture' usually died abt 3-5 metres from tank. |

Anyone experienced your apple snail just free floating at the top of the tank? Mine was doing that for about 1.5 days. It seems ok right now, but i was rather worried yesterday.

mine does once in a while when i feed any food.

every now and then see small one on the glass but not sure will it be eaten by the big one
