Usual place like GC, Fishy Business, Fresh n Marine etc. If you tried before asking on the forum U will realise that not many places sell the specific "dragon rocks" in SG(not even seaview) and these rocks are never cheap.

Bro near Qian Hu there got 1 shop sell all kind of rock very cheap.
I bought my dragon rock for 50 to 80 cents per kg ( outside selling $5 per kg )  address 40 Jln Lekar. hope it help
